Elite Home Direct goods are made to your specifications and delivery time is between 6-8 weeks, and in some cases it may take up to 12 weeks. Please note this delivery time frame may vary due to high demand, occasionally resulting in delayed shipment.
You will be advised of an approximate date of arrival at the time your order is placed. Should a delay occur, you will be contacted.

No. due to the large and often very heavy nature of our products shipping is an additional cost,  We use professional 3rd party couriers, However, you can pickup or organise your own courier to save.

Yes you can collect you beautiful piece of furniture from our warehouse located in Sydney. Collection of goods must be made by appointment only and between business hours

Yes! We have been offering customise furniture since we started Elite Home Direct, and  have many happy customers for customised furniture including lounge, dining tables, coffee tables, chairs etc in terms of size, colour, configuration, etc. We also offer special customisation out of our listed designs according to the photo you send us. Please contact our customer service team to discuss.

As by Australian Law , all our products are covered by warranty.

Most likely your order will be a customized item, you can cancel it after 2 days you place the order; otherwise, it can not be canceled; or you will lose your deposit.

For big items, ie, lounge, bed, once the order is placed, you can’t cancel your order after 2 days; otherwise, you will lose your deposit.

We do not accept returns and refunds if you change your mind. Please do check the details of our products and take measurements of your space and conditions before your purchase.

We don’t offer interest free, however we do offer PayPal Pay in 4 service, which means you can pay your payment in 4 installments without service charge, without any delayed payment fee.
